Heading into the studio to collaborate with the amazing, Grammy-Award winning composer, Quinlan!! This exciting, new project is still in the developmental stage but it scheduled to start filming this fall. HINT: Do you like movie musicals like Once? Hope so! ;)

Jurassic City Screening!!

Well, the private screening was last night and it was such a blast! Now it's time for distribution. Keep those fingers crossed that it goes to a great company!

Welcome & Snow

So, I have been living in Los Angeles for over a year and a half now and I've come to realize that working, and continuing to work, as an actor is constantly evolving...thus...this blog. With social media being as prevalent as it is nowadays, the best way to stay active is to always BE ACTIVE! ALWAYS! I am fairly decent at staying up on Facebook and Instagram without annoying people but I've realized that gaining and maintaining followers takes more than just posting a picture once a week. I have updated and redesigned my website: www.kayla-carlyle.com It still needs a lot done to it but it's a start, not to mention, it took my four hours to do that much alone!

I'm planning on using this as part of my website, a way to see behind-the-scene photos and goofiness, as well as posting some ootd/fashion fun!
